Uses: Helps clear nasal congestion. Gently washes, soothes and moisturizes sinus and nasal passages. 
Suggested use
Squeeze twice in one nostril as needed. Blow your nose very gently to clear the mucus out. Repeat for the other nostril.
Safe for daily use: Non habit-forming and can be used as often as needed, day or night, to cleanse sinuses and nasal passages

Saline solution, xylitol, propolis extract, citric acid, E-polylysine (preservative), nisin (preservative).
