Our pasta artisans have more than 50 years of experience making gluten free pasta. The use of bronze dies and slow drying makes our pasta taste as great as the finest wheat pasta from Italy.
It's all about the farming.
Jovial pasta is made with wholesome whole grain brown rice grown on small family farms in Italy. We work directly with the farmers and each harvest is certified glyphosate-free by The Detox Project.
Caring about the environment
This carton contains a minimum of 80% recycled materials and is 100% recyclable. The window is made from FSC wood pulp and is certified home compostable. Please remove the window from the carton and discard with your compostable materials or kitchen waste.
