  • Are your meal plans suitable for celiac disease?

Yes, all our meal plans are gluten-free, making them suitable for individuals with celiac disease or gluten sensitivities.

  • What time do you deliver your meal plans?

Our meal plans are delivered daily from 2:00 PM to 10:00 PM. The meals you receive are prepared for the day that follows.

  • What type of oils do you use?

At LUVF, we exclusively use three organic oils: coconut oil, avocado oil, and olive oil.

  • What type of sweeteners do you use?

At LUVF, we exclusively use three organic sweeteners: coconut sugar, date sugar, monk fruits.

  • What kind of packaging do you use?

We keep our packaging costs to a minimum to ensure we never jeopardize the freshness and nutrition of your ingredients.

 

  • What are the daily micros of the meal plans?

At LUVF, our daily micros are customized to suit each individual's specific needs and goals, as set by our experienced nutritionists. On average, our meal plans typically provide around 1350 to 1650 calories, 40-65g of protein, 100-250g of carbohydrates, and 45-100g of fats.

  • Why do LUVF prices differ from the market?

Our prices are based on the fact that all the ingredients used in our meals are either grown on our farms or sourced from the cleanest suppliers. For instance, we stand out as the only meal plan utilizing Irish sea moss, organic brown rice, and freshly harvested produce directly from our farm on the day of preparation.

  • Can I customize my meal plan to exclude certain ingredients I don't like?

Certainly! You can exclude up to three ingredients you don't prefer. For more than three exclusions, there's a 5 KD extra charge per additional avoid.

  • Do you provide nutritional facts for each meal?

Yes, each day you'll receive a menu with detailed macros for every dish.

  • Are your meal plans safe for pregnant or breastfeeding women?

Absolutely! Our meal plans are generally safe for pregnant and breastfeeding women with some minor adjustments to ensure suitability.

  • Can I skip a day or pause my meal plan subscription if I'm going on vacation?

Definitely! You're allowed up to two-day pauses for each week, but It's important to note that pausing too frequently might impact the pace of your progress.

  • Do you provide any guidance on how to reheat or store the meals properly?

We recommend reheating your meal in a pan. This method ensures that the flavors and quality are preserved.

  • Are your keto meals suitable for people with type 2 diabetes?

Absolutely. Our healthy keto meal plan is crafted to be diabetes friendly. It's completely sugar-free and maintains very low carbohydrate content, with carb levels ranging between 20-30g only.

  • Do you use any artificial sweeteners or alcoholic sugars in your keto meals?

No, we don't include any artificial sweeteners or alcoholic sugars in our keto meal plan, the only type of sweetener we use is monk fruit.

  • Are the fats used in your keto meals healthy fats?

Definitely. Our keto meal plan only includes healthy fats such as avocado, olive oil, chia seeds, fatty fish, and eggs.
