Welcome to LUVF's meal plan. To begin, below are some recommendations that will assist you in your journey towards a healthier you!
1-Use organic toothpaste.
2-Your water intake should be from a clean, natural source, and not less than 2 liters a day. You can diversify that intake by opting for premium Japanese green tea (hot or cold), hibiscus freshly brewed (hot or cold) tea, matcha, or freshly cold-pressed juices* (ask us about our juice/smoothie add-on).
3-You can add more raw, organic vegetables/fruits (especially greens) to your meal plan, but hold back on any dressings that contain more than vinegar or lemon.
4-Other recommended additions that can be added to any of our meals:
- flaxseed meal (sprinkled on food)
- chia seeds
- turmeric
- sea moss
- oregano
5-Be aware of the chemicals and allergens used in everyday products, such as home cleaning products, detergents, personal hygiene products, hair and beauty products, including your shampoos, deodorants, lotions, and makeup.
6-Try your best to walk at least 40-50 minutes a day.
7-Engage in laughter every day, whether watching funny clips or stand-up comedy!
8-The body renews and heals itself between 10 PM and 3 AM - make sure you treat your body kindly by being asleep during these hours.
