Welcome to LUVF, our online platform www.luvf.com our “Website”, referred to as “LUVF”, focused on providing you with products and services that bring wellness to our community, through healthy, fresh & tasty foods and products, packed with nutrients and flavors.

 

These Terms of Service referred to as “Terms” will govern your relationship with www.luvf.com (collectively referred to as “We” and/or “Our”) which is operated and owned by “A. Alradwan & Partner for Gen. Trad. & Cont. L.L.C” referred to as “the Company”.

 

When you visit and/or purchase any product/service from us, you are engaging in our “Services” as a “User” and agree to be bound by the following terms and conditions. These Terms of Service shall apply to Users (collectively referred to as “You” and/or “Your”).

 

These Terms have been written in simple terms but are still legally binding, therefore please read these Terms of Service carefully before accessing or using our Website, as they constitute as a legal contract between us. If You do not agree with these Terms,  you are therefore prohibited from accessing or using the Website.

Our love for life is reflected through all areas of our company, from growing organically sourced seeds to sprouting before using our beans in our kitchens. The LUVF team is passionate about delivering healthy, fresh & tasty foods packed with nutrients and flavors!

 

1. OUR PRODUCTS AND SERVICES

 

1.1 Products

On Our Website, We offer for sale a wide variety of products ideal as Gluten-free and Dairy free.

We have made every effort to display as accurately as possible the colours and images of our products that appear on Our Website. However, We understand that you may use different devices that might alter how these products will be displayed. Should there be any issues with any of our products please contact us via info@luvf.co

 

1.2 Food Subscription Services

Our food subscription service focuses on the wellbeing of our Customers by providing clean, dairy free, gluten free, non-gmo delicious and nutritious foods. Our plans are as follows:

 

  • LUVF Diet

  • Plant-Based Plan

  • Low-FODMAP Diet

  • Healthy Keto Plan

  • Pescatarian Plan
     

Please note the following:

  1. Please note that all the meals may contain nuts, traces of nuts, and other allergens, therefore if You have any allergies, you are consuming at Your own risk.                                                                                                                                                         You will need to inform us of any allergies and preferences at the time of Subscription via info@luvf.co in order for us to accommodate for Your preferences as much as possible. With that said, the choices of meals will be made at our discretion and may not be Your preferred choice.                                                                                                                                                  

  2. Registration process: In order to best serve you, we have crafted an online registration process that allows us to understand your needs and preferences more. This may include filling out a form, speaking with our nutritionists or our experts. We appreciate your cooperation in this matter.                                                                                                                                      

  3. You need to make the purchase of the Food Subscription two days in advance of the first day of delivery.
     

  4. Deliveries will be made daily between 2pm and 8:00 pm. Deliveries are currently unavailable to Chalets or Farms, please check with us before purchasing if we deliver to your area.
     

  5. This Service is only available in the State of Kuwait.                                                                                                                                               

1.3 Cancellations and Freezing of Programs/Plans

You can cancel any Plan/Program of Food Subscription programs at any time before the start of the plan/program. Upon cancellation before the start of the plan/program, We shall refund 80% of the payment made minus bank, credit card and/or Our Third Party payment provider’s charges. No refunds available under any circumstances after you start the program.

If the Subscription plan has already started, We will not offer any cancellation or refund, but We do offer Freezing of the Subscription plan. In order to request freezing please contact us at 0096555385538 or via info@luvf.co two days before the date that you wish to freeze your Subscription plan.

 

1.4 Ordering Food
We have a wide range of on demand healthy meals that are gluten-free, dairy-free, non-gmo and some are also vegan. Please note that delivery shall be within 55 minutes to 2 hours for any food ordered.

 

1.5 Catering

We do provide customized catering services. Please contact us on 0096555385538 for more information, please note this service is based on availability with a minimum order amount. Please contact us at least one week in advance.

2. YOU

​

You confirm that You are at least 18 years old, and that You are capable of entering into a binding agreement. If You are below the age of 18, You may only use Our Services with the prior consent of Your parents or legal guardian. Please ensure that Your parent or legal guardian is aware of these Terms.

 

 

3. YOUR ACCOUNT

To purchase Our Services or Products You will need to create an account. Therefore, We will need You to provide us with the following information:

  • Name & Surname

  • Valid email address

  • Password

  • Phone number

  • Physical address for deliveries

 

It will be Your responsibility to ensure that the security of Your account is maintained and that the information You provide is accurate. Please do not share Your password or other access credentials with any other person.

If there is any unauthorized use of or access to Your account or any other breaches of security, please immediately notify our team in writing at info@luvf.co in order for us to assist if possible.

 

4. PAYMENTS
 

Our Third Party payment providers “HESABI” always ensure to provide secure online payment options.. Payments may be made by one of the following payment methods Visa, MasterCard, American Express, and Amex.

You need to provide us with accurate information regarding Your credit, debit card or other banking information to enable Our Third Party payment providers to process Your order and We may need to share banking information You provide to Our Third Party payment processors.

You will be responsible for the accuracy of the banking or financial information You provide us. We recommend that you ensure that it is current and up-to-date.

 

5. DELIVERY
 

Delivery is subject to fees depending on Your location and the sum of Your order.

Deliveries are made during all days of the week from 10 am to 9 pm, We deliver inside Kuwait only.

 

Your orders will be delivered to the delivery address specified in Your order. Please make sure to provide the correct delivery address and contact details as incorrect shipping instructions may delay the delivery of the shipment and We may have to bill you again for the delivery fees.

 

 

 

6. RETURNS & REFUNDS

 

Perishables including all food, supplements, and beauty products may not be returned or exchanged unless there is a fault in them. Assessing whether the products have a fault in them or not, is to the sole discretion of LUVF.

 

7. FEEDBACK

You may provide suggestions, comments or other feedback with respect to Our products or Services  by emailing info@luvf.co

We may at any time modify, suspend or discontinue, temporarily or permanently, the Website (or any features or parts thereof) or the rates, delivery, or provision of the products at any time.

 

8. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY
 

The copyrights and other intellectual property rights for Our Website (including text, graphics, photographs, logos, icons, domain names, service marks, information, design, sound recordings, and software) and the copyrights for all products including eBooks and any other downloadable material are owned or licensed by us, unless otherwise stated.

 

Therefore, You may not in any form:

 

  1. adapt, reproduce, store, distribute, print, display, perform, publish or create derivative works from any part of Our Site or any of Our electronic products or downloadable material; or

 

  1. Commercialize any information, products or services obtained from any part of Our Website or any of Our electronic products or downloadable material, without Our written permission.

We may make changes to these Terms from time to time. When We amend these Terms, We will update this page and indicate the date that it was last modified and We may email you. It is Your responsibility to check these Terms from time to time. You may refuse to agree to the amendments, but You must immediately cease using Our Website.

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, WE AND OUR DIRECTORS, OWNERS, SHAREHOLDERS, EMPLOYEES, LICENSORS, AND AFFILIATES WILL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, PUNITIVE, OR MULTIPLE DAMAGES, OR ANY LOSS OF PROFITS OR REVENUES, WHETHER INCURRED DIRECTLY OR INDIRECTLY, OR ANY LOSS OF DATA, USE, GOODWILL, OR OTHER INTANGIBLE LOSSES, RESULTING FROM:

 

A. YOUR ACCESS TO OR USE OF OR INABILITY TO ACCESS OR USE THE SERVICES;

B. THE CONDUCT OR CONTENT OF OTHER USERS OR THIRD PARTIES ON OR THROUGH THE SERVICES; OR

11. INDEMNITY
 

You agree to indemnify, defend and hold harmless the Company, its officers, owners, partners, employees, agents, and any third party information provider to the Website from and against all losses, expenses, damages, and costs (including attorney’s fees), resulting from:

b. Your breach of these Terms or any applicable law or regulation; or
c. Your negligence or willful misconduct.

As mentioned in 3. Your Account, We collect a variety of information from You when You visit Our Website and make purchases, With that said, We take all reasonable steps to protect Your personal data and keep Your information secure.

  3. The collection, use, and disclosure of Your personal data (including information relating to Your card enabled device, card account, and card transactions) by or to service providers of such digital payment services is for the purposes of processing Your payment.

As the owner of the personal data, you have the right of access, and rectification, opposition, deletion, and limitation of the information collected, transferred, and stored by us.

If You have any dispute or claim whatsoever, please email us at info@luvf.co In the case that the dispute is not resolved through negotiations within one (1) month, they may then be resolved by the Courts of the State of Kuwait.
